Deck overview

Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd gives the deck reliable commander access to a repeatable blink trigger, but the rest of the engine depends on ordinary draws. The strongest ordinary setup pairs Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd with an enter-the-battlefield card such as Helpful Hunter, Invasion Reinforcements, or Beza, the Bounding Spring. Repeated attacks then generate cards, tokens, life, or removal value. The deck can build a wide board with Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Aang, Airbending Master, Sally Pride, Lioness Leader, and Cathars' Crusade. Its main limitation is that value does not become a compact win. The list has no reliable infinite combo, no extra-turn chain, few tutors, and limited protection. It interacts well with creatures and some permanents, but it cannot consistently contest stack-based or graveyard-based plans. Expect a midgame value deck that can dominate a board when its blink pieces survive, not a dependable table-kill or lock deck.
