Commander: Myrkul, Lord of Bones

Deck overview

This Abzan deck is an enchantress stax and drain deck. Its primary plan is to build an enchantment engine that draws cards, ramps with Sanctum Weaver and Serra's Sanctum, and taxes opponents with Rule of Law, Eidolon of Rhetoric, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, and Stony Silence while draining life with Bastion of Remembrance, Corpse Knight, and Grim Guardian. Secondary paths close the game with Hallowed Haunting Spirits, Starfield of Nyx animation, or a lethal Moonshaker Cavalry swing. Myrkul, Lord of Bones acts as a resilient value piece that turns dead creatures into enchantment tokens for extra draw and constellation triggers, not as the main engine. Sythis, Harvest's Hand is the hidden commander that actually drives the deck.
