Deck overview

This Gruul deck turns humble mana dorks into aggressive combat threats using Raggadragga, Goreguts Boss. By granting +2/+2 and untapping mana-producing creatures whenever they attack, the commander lets early-game ramp creatures deal steady combat damage while remaining available to tap for mana post-combat. Dense 1-drop and 2-drop ramp spells enable a dependable Turn 3 commander deployment. Once established, the deck leverages its surplus mana to cast heavy 7+ mana spells such as Giant Ankheg, World Breaker, and Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers, triggering Raggadragga's ability to give another +7/+7 and trample. This burst damage rapidly pressures opponent life totals, establishing a must-answer lethal clock around Turn 5 and closing the game around Turn 7 across two combat cycles. While vulnerable to early board wipes and lacking instant-speed stack interaction, the deck maintains resilience through high redundancy of mana creatures and standalone high-cost tramplers.
