Format: Commander

Commander: Sen Triplets

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Sen Triplets is an Esper control-and-theft deck. The commander's upkeep trigger locks an opponent out of casting while letting us play lands and spells from their hand, turning their resources against them. The deck packs eleven counterspells, instant-speed removal, and board wipes to survive to the late game, then wins either through a Mindslaver+Academy Ruins turn lock or by grinding out evasive creatures and tokens. Secondary paths use Elspeth Tirel and Thalisse to build an army, while Nita and Emeritus add extra value. No fast combo exists; the plan is patient, resilient control that accumulates card advantage until it can seal the game.
