Deck overview

This is a mono-blue draw-go control deck built around Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur and Nezahal, Primal Tide. The early game is all permission, bounce, and rocks; the midgame floods the table with card-advantage engines; the late game converts a bloated hand into a kill. Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur is the closer and the lock: flash him down, draw seven at the end step, and cut every opponent's maximum hand size to zero. Nezahal, Primal Tide is the uncounterable midgame engine that draws off noncreature spells, deletes your hand-size cap, and can exile itself to dodge removal. Wins come from Psychosis Crawler draining the table as you draw, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries once the library is empty, a Naru Meha, Master Wizard clone loop making an arbitrarily large Wizard army, or simply slamming discounted Serpents, Clone Legion, and Ancient Silver Dragon after a sweeper. Average mana value sits just over 4, so this is a long, grindy game-not a combo rocket.
