Commander: Killian, Decisive Mentor

Deck overview

Killian, Decisive Mentor leads an aggressive enchantment and Aura control strategy that dictates the pace of combat. By casting enchantments, Killian repeatedly taps and goads opposing threats while turning enchanted creature attacks into steady card draw. The deck controls the battlefield using pillowfort enchantments like Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety alongside goad Auras. It converts this battlefield leverage into victory through passive life drain with Eriette of the Charmed Apple and Grim Guardian, massive lifegain bursts with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose and Celestial Mantle, or crushing combat damage boosted by All That Glitters and Ethereal Armor.
