Emet, Gravelord by Rudolphosv

Format: Commander

Commander: Emet-Selch, Unsundered // Hades, Sorcerer of Eld

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The deck is a self-mill/graveyard value engine built around Emet-Selch, Unsundered's looting trigger and its transformation into Hades, Sorcerer of Eld, which lets the deck play cards from the graveyard during the turn. The front face filters and fills the bin; the back face is the actual engine. Emet-Selch of the Third Seat in the 99 acts as a hidden commander, shrinking graveyard-cast costs, while Ultimecia, Time Sorceress is a secondary transform threat that grants extra turns. The primary finish is a flashbacked The Final Days from the graveyard, creating a tapped Horror army, backed up by evasive threats and Consuming Aberration's mill. Dread Return and other recursion provide resilience.
