Gwyn Knight Tribal by user1088697

Format: Commander

Commander: Syr Gwyn, Hero of Ashvale

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

An aggressive Mardu Knights/Equipment deck built to make Syr Gwyn, Hero of Ashvale the card-advantage engine and primary voltron finisher. The main plan is to play a few cheap Knights, accumulate Equipment, then use Syr Gwyn's 'equip Knight {0}' discount to attach everything for free and draw a card on each equipped attack. Secondary paths are a wide Knight-token swarm with anthems, double strike, and Coat of Arms, plus recursion through Nahiri and Knight's Charge. There is no hidden backup commander; both roles (draw engine and fast equipper) are centered on her. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through repeated combat damage, with Commander damage as the cleanest route.
