This deck is an explosive Gruul midrange and burn engine commanded by Roxanne, Starfall Savant. Roxanne serves as both a board control tool and a colossal mana accelerator: whenever she enters the battlefield or attacks, she creates a Meteorite token that deals 2 damage to any target, and she doubles the mana produced by all artifact tokens you tap.
