Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Boros Dwarf tribal strategy that leverages Treasure generation to overwhelm opponents with scaling combat power. The commander, Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, produces Treasure tokens whenever Dwarves enter the battlefield and grants other Dwarves +1/+0 for every artifact token under your control. The early game focuses on deploying low-curve Dwarves and equipment. Once Thorin enters on turn 5, every subsequent Dwarf creates additional Treasures and rapidly scales the power of the entire team. High-impact payoffs like Magda, Brazen Outlaw turn accumulated Treasures into direct tutors for game-ending threats like Akroma's Memorial and Hellkite Tyrant. While vulnerable to mass artifact and creature removal, the list packs dedicated board protection like Boromir, Warden of the Tower and Divine Resilience to maintain its aggressive momentum and close out the game over turns 6 through 8.
