Commander: Wolverine, Best There Is

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a fast RG voltron deck built to turn Wolverine, Best There Is into a one- or two-shot commander-damage kill. The commander's damage-doubling keyword is the engine, and the 99 supplies redundant pump spells, trample enablers, fight effects, and additional damage-doubling permanents. Kediss and Twinflame Tyrant let one hit reach all opponents. Xenagos, Berserk, and Unnatural Growth multiply the clock, while Quilled Greatwurm and Brash Taunter provide alternate combat/control lines. Wolverine, Fierce Fighter is a similar hasty backup in the 99, not a true hidden commander. The deck is commander-dependent but has enough protection and redundancy to keep its plan intact.
