Deck overview

Ashling, the Limitless is the deck's true engine and its only commander. She grants every Elemental permanent spell in hand evoke {4}, so the deck casts expensive Elementals cheaply, profiting from enters and death triggers, then sacrifices them to make hasty token copies. The primary kill is an infinite Phantasmal Image copying Cavalier of Night loop with Goblin Bombardment; secondary plans are Omnath, Locus of Rage's 5/5 Elementals, Maelstrom Wanderer's cascade, and Champion of the Path pings. Risen Reef and the Pod/Pyre chain provide the draw/tutor backbone. There is no hidden commander, and while Animar supports the combo-focused plan, the build is not centered on casting Animar.
