Deck overview

This Orzhov aristocrats deck builds around Isilu, Carrier of Twilight, the transformed side of Eirdu. Eirdu offers convoke to help cast creatures, but the deck wants Isilu, which gives every other nontoken creature persist and turns any persist or undying creature into an infinite loop with a free sac outlet. The primary plan is to assemble a sac outlet, a persist/undying creature, and a death payoff like Blood Artist to drain the table. Secondary paths use Mikaeus, Vizier+Solemnity, or Luminous Broodmoth as redundant persist engines, and value loops with Kokusho, Gray Merchant, or Carmen to grind. Mikaeus acts as a hidden commander, providing undying without Isilu.
