Deck overview

Shrine-tribal value deck that uses Hei Bai, Forest Guardian to put a Shrine into play for free and its five-color activation to convert legendary enchantments into unblockable Spirit tokens. The primary plan is to assemble Shrine triggers around Sanctum of All, then reach six Shrines so every other Shrine trigger doubles. Secondary paths include Displacer Kitten blinking Hei Bai to chain Shrines, Go-Shintai token combat, and a top-end Maelstrom Wanderer/Doppelgang finish. Yorion, Sky Nomad is a value blink piece, not a legal companion in a 100-card Commander deck. The commander accelerates the plan, but the Shrine engines still function without it.
