Deck overview

This Rakdos deck combines Goblin tribal aggression, Treasure generation, and aristocrat drain engines. Led by Smaug, Wicked Worm, the deck leverages opponent artifact counts to generate bursts of Treasures that double as mana acceleration and card draw. Early turns focus on establishing low-cost Goblins such as Impulsive Pilferer and value engines like Black Market Connections. In the mid-game, Krenko, Mob Boss and Pashalik Mons rapidly multiply the board state, converting token volume into combat damage and direct life loss via Boggart Cursecrafter and Slash, Reptile Rampager. Finishers like Door of Destinies and Fiery Emancipation scale this damage to eliminate all three opponents. While the deck boasts resilient recovery through Treasure reserves, it relies on sorcery-speed creature boards that remain vulnerable to well-timed board wipes and lacks instant-speed stack interaction.
