Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Historic and Doctor tribal midrange engine commanded by The Fourteenth Doctor and Clara Oswald (set to Black). It leverages the high density of legendary Time Lords to generate massive card flow, cascade triggers, and exponential combat pressure. The primary game plan revolves around casting The Fourteenth Doctor on Turn 4 or 5 to dig fourteen cards deep, stocking the graveyard and immediately copying an impactful Doctor with haste. Supporting legendary engines like The Sixth Doctor, The Fourth Doctor, and Jodah, the Unifier compound value rapidly, turning ordinary casts into multi-spell cascades and token copies. While the deck lacks stack-based countermagic and fast infinite combos, it features exceptional recovery from board wipes through commander recasts and mass graveyard recursion like Gallifrey Stands. It closes games by overwhelming the table through massive, anthem-boosted combat damage across two response cycles.
