Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet Spellslinger Storm list commanded by Lilah, Undefeated Slickshot. The primary game plan revolves around leveraging Lilah's ability to exile multicolored instant and sorcery spells as plotted cards when cast from hand. During the early game, the deck accelerates with low-cost mana reducers such as Stormcatch Mentor and Baral, Chief of Compliance before casting Lilah on turn 3. On turn 4, it banks powerful multicolored spells into exile at low effective cost. On turn 5, these plotted cards are cast for zero mana, generating massive storm count and Treasure mana via Storm-Kiln Artist and Birgi, God of Storytelling. The deck finishes opponents in a single burst using Aetherflux Reservoir, Guttersnipe, or Coruscation Mage. It is heavily fortified by a format-ceiling package of free interaction including Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Force of Will.
