Deck overview

This deck is an interactive Sultai lands and graveyard engine commanded by Glarb, Calamity's Augur. It accelerates early with efficient mana dorks and ramp spells, establishing Glarb or secondary engines like The Gitrog Monster and Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait by Turn 4. The deck leverages deep self-mill from Hermit Druid and surveil triggers to treat the graveyard and the top of the library as extended hands. Mass land recursion through Aftermath Analyst and Life from the Loam fuels explosive landfall triggers on Avenger of Zendikar and Scute Swarm, creating overwhelming armies. While vulnerable to mass graveyard exile and sweepers, redundant reanimation spells like Reanimate and Victimize ensure rapid recovery. It closes games through wide combat damage across Turns 7 and 8.
