Wheel and deal by user9166483

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Nekusar is a draw-pain engine: every extra card opponents draw becomes a point of damage, so the deck wins by forcing mass draws through wheels and symmetrical draw artifacts. It ramps toward Nekusar, adds damage-on-draw permanents or Bloodletter/Phyresis, then chains Windfall-class spells while Kess and Underworld Breach allow repeats. Niv-Mizzet, Parun acts as a hidden commander and, with Ophidian Eye, an infinite damage loop. Secondary plans include Laboratory Maniac/Triskaidekaphile after self-draw and Mindcrank/Bloodchief Ascension mill. The deck functions with Kess/Niv as backup engines, but losing Nekusar early slows it significantly.
