Commander: Auntie Ool, Cursewretch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Auntie Ool, Cursewretch leads a Jund -1/-1-counter value/control deck with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons as a hidden commander. The primary plan is to weaponize -1/-1 counters through wither, ETB triggers, and proliferation, converting them into Snake/Insect/Elf tokens, card draw, and life drain. Auntie is both a draw engine and drain effect, while The Scorpion God, Hapatra, and Grave Venerations supply redundancy. The decisive finish is an infinite death loop with Blowfly Infestation and Flourishing Defenses, paid off by Grave Venerations. Fallback locks from Kulrath Knight, Maha, and Everlasting Torment slow the table while the deck attacks through wither damage.
