Just Hoppin Around by monoblueenjoyer

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain, Itinerant Meddler leads a forced-draw control deck that makes every player draw and then punishes opponents for holding cards. You use Kwain, Temple Bell, Howling Mine, and Windfall effects to trigger Smothering Tithe, Rhystic Study, Psychosis Crawler, and Consecrated Sphinx while pillow-fort cards like Ghostly Prison and Propaganda buy time. Primary wins are decking opponents with Folio of Fancies, draining with Psychosis Crawler, Scrawling Crawler, and Iron Maiden, or self-decking with Laboratory Maniac and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. Approach of the Second Sun offers a spell-based backup. Mind Over Matter acts as the hidden commander and Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal provides an infinite mana engine that turns any draw outlet into a win.
