Deck overview

Council of Reeds spearheads a mono-blue token swarm strategy that bypasses the legend rule to duplicate itself exponentially. By casting at least one noncreature spell each turn, every Council of Reeds in play creates another copy of itself at the beginning of combat. The deck accelerates this growth using artifact ramp, cheap cantrips, and trigger doublers like Roaming Throne. As the board of legendary Humans multiplies, specialized mana engines like Relic of Legends and Honor-Worn Shaku generate vast mana reserves, fueling massive tribal draw spells. The primary win condition is closing the game through overwhelming combat damage powered by scalable anthems like Heroes' Podium and Banner of Kinship.
