Commander: The Thirteenth Doctor and Yasmin Khan

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Temur Doctor deck uses The Thirteenth Doctor and Yasmin Khan as a paired value engine. The primary plan is to stock exile, cast spells from anywhere other than hand, and convert every paradox trigger into +1/+1 counters, untaps, tokens, or burn. Yasmin supplies repeatable card advantage, while the Thirteenth Doctor untaps the counter-bearing team each end step. Secondary paths are cascade chains (TARDIS, Into the Time Vortex, Throes of Chaos), Plargg and Nassari free spells, and a copy package (The Twelfth Doctor, Spider-Verse, Quantum Misalignment). Wins usually come from a wide, hasty multicolor board plus Last Night Together or Twice Upon a Time; Terror of the Peaks and Flaming Tyrannosaurus add direct damage as a backup.
