Deck overview

This Azorius group-hug deck uses Kwain, Itinerant Meddler to make everyone draw and then wins off that draw. You deploy extra-draw permanents like Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Folio of Fancies, Temple Bell, and Consecrated Sphinx, and you profit with Smothering Tithe, Rhystic Study, Esper Sentinel, and Psychosis Crawler. Wins come from infinite draw loops with Mind Over Matter or Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal into Laboratory Maniac/Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Psychosis Crawler drain, plus Approach of the Second Sun and chip damage from Ebony Owl Netsuke/Iron Maiden. Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Grand Arbiter buy time while Mind Over Matter acts as the hidden commander.
