Deck overview

This spellslinger deck generates a swarm of 0/1 Wizard tokens that ping each opponent on every noncreature spell. Commander Kuja initially creates a token each turn and can transform into Trance Kuja, a double-damage enabler for all Wizards' triggers. The strategy is to magnify these pings with Tor Wauki, City on Fire, and Fated Firepower, then finish with a massive instant/sorcery like Crackle with Power or Blood for the Blood God!. Backup damage via Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, and Queen Brahne ensures a consistent clock. Without the commander, the deck still operates on its many token generators and damage synergies.
