Deck overview

This Naya deck leverages Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER as a high-velocity Voltron commander and resource engine backed by cEDH-tier fast mana, equipment tutors, and compact combo finishes. Cloud's haste and enter-the-battlefield trigger bypass heavy equip costs, turning cards like Colossus Hammer into immediate 14-power swings on Turn 3 that draw cards and generate Treasure tokens. The deck uses an extensive tutor suite to fetch protective equipment, combo pieces, or utility creatures. When single-target commander damage is insufficient to outrace the table, the list seamlessly transitions into game-ending combos such as Aggravated Assault with Sword of Feast and Famine, Godo, Bandit Warlord with Helm of the Host, or Underworld Breach loops with Lion's Eye Diamond and Wheel of Fortune. Robust protection spells like Silence, Ranger-Captain of Eos, and Deflecting Swat ensure winning attempts resolve safely through opposing interaction.
