Deck overview

This is a Jeskai artifact/proliferate deck built around Kilo, Apogee Mind. The commander's haste means his first attack happens the same turn he lands, and that tap trigger is the deck's central engine: every time Kilo, Apogee Mind becomes tapped, it proliferates. With untap effects like Voltaic Key and Thousand-Year Elixir, plus legendary-tapping mana from Relic of Legends and Honor-Worn Shaku, the deck can generate multiple Kilo proliferations in a single turn. The primary wins are incremental but overlapping: Darksteel Reactor racing to 20 counters, planeswalker ultimates via Ichormoon Gauntlet and Ral Zarek, commander damage with Sword of Truth and Justice, and the Halo Fountain token win. Deepglow Skate and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus are force-multipliers that turn accumulated counters into sudden game-ending swings.
