Commander: The Astonishing Ant-Man

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The Astonishing Ant-Man is a UG counter/token value deck that converts every draw trigger into a growing commander and a swarm of Insect tokens. The primary plan is to land Ant-Man early, chain cheap cantrips and counter-doubling enchantments, then either swing with a massive trampling Ant-Man or with a horde pumped by Banner of Kinship/Germination Practicum. Secondary paths use Ant-Man, Colony Commander and Ezuri to generate insects independently, and Wonder provides flying. The hidden commander is Ant-Man, Colony Commander, which turns each counter placed into an additional Insect. Hullbreaker Horror acts as a flash blocker and value engine rather than a combo. Win lines are combat-based and revolve around one huge finisher turn.
