Format: Commander

Commander: Uugguu, the Omniplasm

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Uugguu, the Omniplasm is a Sultai Ooze-tribal death engine. The primary plan is to put Uugguu on the battlefield with a sacrifice outlet, kill nontoken Oozes (or creatures made Oozes by Maskwood Nexus, Arcane Adaptation, or Conspiracy), and convert each death into two 2/2 Ooze tokens. Draw engines like Kindred Discovery, Fecundity, and Morbid Opportunist turn those deaths and token entries into cards. The token army then wins through Craterhoof Behemoth or Triumph of the Hordes. Muldrotha, the Gravetide and recursion spells provide a secondary value and rebuild path. The commander is the engine, not the finisher; the deck is built to use Uugguu's death trigger, not its 2/2 body.
