Deck overview

This Edgar Markov deck is an aggressive tribal aggro-aristocrats list that leverages eminence to overwhelm opponents with an escalating Vampire army. By casting cheap Vampire creatures in the opening turns, the deck creates a wide board of 1/1 tokens at no additional mana cost. Once a critical mass of creatures is established by Turn 4, the deck deploys potent power multipliers such as Shared Animosity, Akroma's Will, or Bloodline Keeper to eliminate opponents through massive combat swings. Concurrently, aristocrat pieces like Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, and Vein Ripper convert creature deaths and combat trades into direct life drain, punishing opposing sweepers. The deck maintains staying power using burst draw from Champion of Dusk and Stinging Study, alongside premier mass-phasing protection spells like Teferi's Protection and Clever Concealment to safeguard its board against sweepers.
