Birds? Birds by user9830392

Format: Commander

Commander: Choco, Seeker of Paradise

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bant Bird-tribal landfall deck built to attack with as many Birds as possible. Choco, Seeker of Paradise is the command-zone engine: each combat it digs one card per attacking Bird, buys the best one, and puts every land it reveals onto the battlefield tapped - simultaneously refilling the hand and supercharging a dense landfall package. The 99 doubles down: Emeria Angel and Chocobo Racetrack turn every landfall into more Birds, Traveling Chocobo doubles those triggers, and Kastral, the Windcrested, Sazh Katzroy, and Jackdaw Savior keep the board and hand fed. Wins come from overwhelming combat: anthem effects like Favorable Winds, Soulcatchers' Aerie, and Chocobo Knights' double strike turn the swarm lethal, while Jumbo Cactuar is a one-shot 10,000-power haymaker. This is a value/combat deck first, with an incidental combo line and no fast combo kill.
