Deck overview

This is a Jeskai Hero-tribal beatdown deck built around Director Nick Fury as the primary engine and force multiplier. The commander's static {1} discount on Hero spells plus his attack-triggered top-four dig define the game plan: develop a wide board of cheap Heroes, attack to keep replenishing them, and layer anthem effects like Avengers Assemble! and Berserkers' Onslaught to turn that board into lethal double-strike damage. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through incremental combat inevitability backed by a robust recursion package in Wondrous Revival, Winter Soldier, Reborn Avenger, and Avengers Quinjet. Individual Heroes also generate card advantage, tokens, counters, treasure, and free-cast value, so each attack step compounds the next. The deck is resilient and grindy, but its lack of reliable tutoring keeps it from consistently assembling its best finishers on a fixed schedule.
