Deck overview

This Selesnya deck is led by T'Challa, the Black Panther, focusing on an artifact-centric midrange and token beatdown strategy. T'Challa generates indestructible Vibranium tokens upon entering the battlefield and attacking, accelerating the casting of heavy artifact spells with mana value 4 or greater. Each high-cost artifact cast permanently grows T'Challa with +1/+1 counters and triggers synergistic payoffs like W'Kabi, Shield of the Nation and Zuri, Warrior of Wakanda. The deck supplements this core engine with Monarch mechanics to maintain a steady card advantage stream, alongside resilient equipment such as Hammer of Nazahn and Helm of the Host. Victory is achieved through overwhelming combat steps amplified by Overwhelming Stampede, Storm, Queen of Wakanda, and Bast, Panther Goddess. While vulnerable to mass exile and lacking stack interaction, the deck boasts strong indestructible shielding and dependable engine recovery.
