Deck overview

Dr. Eggman leads a grixis artifact-vehicle swarm. The primary plan is to assemble colored mana rocks, drop Dr. Eggman on turn four, then use his end-step villainous choices to force discard or cheat a Construct/Robot/Vehicle from hand each turn. Davros, Ultron, Mechan Assembler, and Ravenous Robots turn those entries into extra artifact bodies, while Steel Overseer, Cranial Plating, and Krang convert a wide board into lethal combat damage. Ultron, Artificial Malevolence functions as a hidden commander, copying every nontoken artifact into a 2/2 Robot or token copy. The commander is both draw engine and cheat enabler; the deck also has a small discard/poison subtheme with Virulent Silencer. There is no infinite combo, so most games end through repeated artifact-combat swings.
