Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck built around Ovika, Enigma Goliath, the primary engine for creating a hasty goblin token army from noncreature spells. The strategy pairs token generation with ETB pingers like Impact Tremors and Goblin Bombardment to convert each token into direct damage, and uses cost reducers (Goblin Electromancer, Ruby Medallion, Sapphire Medallion) plus ramp artifacts to cast Ovika early. The deck also includes big-mana finishers such as Surge to Victory and City on Fire to amplify its token waves, and Sorcerer Class level 3 as an alternate burn win condition. Without tutoring, the deck relies on heavy card selection and draw to find its key pieces, which limits consistency but can produce explosive turns once the engine is online.
