Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Elf tribal and graveyard combo deck commanded by Thranduil, the Elvenking. It blends aggressive mana acceleration from traditional Elf dorks with powerful graveyard redundancy. Early turns focus on establishing mana velocity using low-cost creatures like Llanowar Elves and Priest of Titania. Once Thranduil, the Elvenking enters the battlefield, the deck leverages tutor spells such as Buried Alive and Entomb to place specific Elf cards directly into the graveyard. Thranduil inherits the abilities of Devoted Druid, Immaculate Magistrate, and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, generating infinite +1/+1 counters and mana before sacrificing an arbitrarily large Elf to drain all three opponents for lethal damage simultaneously. If Thranduil is disrupted, the deck pivots smoothly to Necrotic Ooze as a backup commander surrogate or generates infinite mana via Umbral Mantle and Staff of Domination to overrun the table with Ezuri, Renegade Leader.
