Deck overview

This is a mono-black discard-control deck helmed by Tinybones, Bauble Burglar, built to force opponents to discard on every axis and then punish each discard with table-wide drain. The commander doubles as a repeatable discard outlet and a theft engine, letting you play the best cards opponents are forced to shed. The core loop pairs discard outlets - Necrogen Mists, Anvil of Bogardan, Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal, Rankle, Master of Pranks - with payoffs like Megrim, Liliana's Caress, Raiders' Wake, Waste Not, and Geth's Grimoire to convert every discarded card into life loss, mana, tokens, or cards. Wins come through attrition: Torment of Hailfire, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Syr Konrad, the Grim, and Tinybones, Trinket Thief's ten-life ability close out games once opponents are empty-handed. A modest reanimation package (Living Death, Reanimate, Phyrexian Reclamation) provides grind and recovery.
