Perma-Goad by HolyFather

Format: Commander

Commander: Baeloth Barrityl, Entertainer and Cultist of the Absolute

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos aristocrats and forced-combat deck helmed by Baeloth Barrityl, Entertainer paired with Cultist of the Absolute. The Background turns Baeloth into a 5/8 flyer with deathtouch and ward, so nearly every opposing creature is permanently goaded and every death mints a Treasure. The 99 layers classic death-trigger payoffs (Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Mayhem Devil, Mirkwood Bats) over sticky fodder, free sacrifice outlets, and three clean infinite combos. Primary wins are the Exquisite Blood + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose life loop, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Walking Ballista, and drain loops fueled by undying/reassembling bodies. Secondary plans include goading the table into killing itself while Baeloth and the drain suite convert the carnage into Treasures and life loss. Fast mana and premium black tutors keep the engine online even when the commander is answered.
