Deck overview

This is a Jeskai "cast from exile" engine deck helmed by the two-faced Gwen Stacy // Ghost-Spider. The front face is a cheap value layer whose ETB exiles a card and lets you cast it while she remains in play; the back face is the payoff - a hasty, vigilant flier that gains a +1/+1 counter for every land played or spell cast from exile and can exile further cards once it has counters. The 99 is built to feed that loop: Wild Wasteland, Outpost Siege, Stolen Strategy, Tavern Brawler, Breya's Apprentice, and Laelia, the Blade Reforged all manufacture exile-cast opportunities, while a deep flicker package (Teleportation Circle, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Soulherder, Ephemerate, Displacer Kitten) re-triggers ETBs on the commander and on its tutor-creatures. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins by grinding up a huge Ghost-Spider, with Dragonhawk, Fate's Tempest's end-step burn and Unstable Amulet pings adding table-wide reach.
