Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf-tribal treasure-midrange deck built around Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The core loop is simple: every Dwarf that enters under Thorin creates a Treasure token, and those tokens feed both Magda, Brazen Outlaw's tutor into dragons/artifacts and Thorin's own anthem, which pumps every other Dwarf by the number of artifact tokens you control. The deck swarms with cost-efficient Dwarves - including the maximum seven copies of Seven Dwarves - and uses Dwarven Recruiter to stack them, Kili the Resourceful and Giott, King of the Dwarves for card flow, and Door of Destinies or An Unexpected Party to turn a wide board lethal. Finishers include There and Back Again's Smaug converting into fourteen Treasures, Balin, Loremaster's wheel-plus-burn, and Hammers of Moradin's myriad. The "Storied" sub-theme makes ward, doubled Dwarf triggers, and haste readily available throughout the mid-game.
