Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai tribal midrange strategy helmed by Maralen, Fae Ascendant. The game plan revolves around rapidly developing cheap Elf and Faerie creatures to establish a wide board presence and accelerate mana. Once Maralen, Fae Ascendant enters the battlefield, every subsequent Elf or Faerie trigger exiles cards from opposing libraries and allows casting a free spell each turn, generating continuous tempo and card advantage. The deck closes out games by leveraging powerful tribal anthems like Thranduil, Sindarin Liege // Silvan Rally and Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen, counter distribution from Germination Practicum, or repeated life drain from Lathril, Blade of the Elves. Supported by a lean package of counterspells and efficient removal, the deck maintains steady board control while steadily overpowering opponents through sheer creature volume.
