Burly bears by Sneakydon

Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Beorn the Fierce leads a mono-green Bear army that combines tribal lords with +1/+1-counter doubling. The primary plan is to establish a wide board of Bears and token creatures, use Beorn's combat trigger to draw two cards every turn, and then break open the game with anthem effects, Unnatural Growth, or Finale of Devastation. Natural Order into Gigantic Big Bear is the secondary 'cheat a 10/7 haste hexproof' plan. Cost reducers such as Goreclaw, The Earth Crystal, Emerald Medallion, and Herald's Horn keep the creature chain going. Ayula and the token makers provide extra Bears; Realmwalker and Three Tree City add card selection. There is no hidden commander: the deck is built around Beorn as engine and lord, while instant protection and recursion keep the board alive.
