Deck overview

This mono-green deck is centered around Kona, Rescue Beastie, using early mana acceleration and tap enablers to trigger Kona's Survival ability on Turn 4. Once tapped, Kona cheats colossal high-cost permanents like Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Impervious Greatwurm, Titan of Industry, and Terastodon directly from hand into play. The deck scales its board presence by dropping additional massive threats each subsequent turn, eventually overwhelming the table with combat damage boosted by Unnatural Growth or Garruk Wildspeaker. It also features an infinite token combo with Ivy Lane Denizen and Herd Baloth. While the deck possesses explosive mana velocity and heavy threat density, it is vulnerable to targeted removal aimed at Kona before the first Survival trigger resolves, and it relies on high-power draw spells to keep its hand stocked with big permanents.
