Deck overview

This Grixis artifact deck is commanded by Mishra, Eminent One. It focuses on generating overwhelming card advantage and direct damage by turning noncreature artifacts into temporary 4/4 Mishra's Warform creature tokens each combat. The deck leverages efficient 2-CMC mana rocks to deploy Mishra on turn 4, immediately cloning utility artifacts like Ichor Wellspring and Prized Statue to draw cards and bank mana. In the midgame, it transitions into high-damage vehicles and stax pieces like Knight Paladin, Reaver Titan, and Portal to Phyrexia, burning all opponents simultaneously and stripping their creatures. It features explosive alternate win conditions including Cyberdrive Awakener overruns, Bolas's Citadel chains, and an infinite hasty token combo with Astral Dragon and Cursed Mirror. Supported by dense countermagic and artifact recursion, the list plays a robust, highly synergistic midrange game that consistently pressures life totals.
