Ardbert by nicholman

Format: Commander

Commander: Ardbert, Warrior of Darkness

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Ardbert, Warrior of Darkness leads an aggressive Orzhov legendary tribal deck that overwhelms opponents through combat. Every white spell grants vigilance and +1/+1 counters to your legendary creatures, while every black spell grants menace and +1/+1 counters. Multicolor Orzhov spells trigger both effects at once, rapidly swelling your board with evasive threats. The deck establishes early legendary creatures, curves into Ardbert, and scales power through anthems like Arvad the Cursed and Day of Destiny. You secure victory by breaking board stalls with one-sided sweepers like Urza's Ruinous Blast and Damning Verdict, or by casting Akroma's Will for lethal combat damage across all opponents.
