Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a potent mana generator and a lethal burn outlet in the command zone. By casting noncreature spells, Vivi grows in power and deals damage to all opponents, while its tap-free ability converts that power into a massive burst of blue and red mana. The deck leverages format-ceiling acceleration, including Mox Diamond, Chrome Mox, and Mana Vault, to deploy Vivi on Turn 2. It then pivots directly into a game-winning storm turn on Turn 3 using Underworld Breach and Brain Freeze, or infinite bounce loops with Hullbreaker Horror. A dense package of free countermagic such as Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Deflecting Swat protects the winning turn from opposing interaction. Even if the primary Breach plan is disrupted, independent lines through creature-based mana engines ensure fast recovery and inevitable victory.
