Commander: Codie, Vociferous Codex

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

A five-color instant/sorcery combo deck that treats Codie, Vociferous Codex as a color-identity source rather than a castable commander; the real engine is the hidden commander Prismari, the Inspiration. Since Codie stays in the command zone, the many permanent-based fast mana and storm pieces remain playable. The primary finish is Demonic Consultation to empty the library into Thassa's Oracle. Secondary lines are Approach of the Second Sun plus Narset's Reversal/tutors, and a Prismari/Thousand-Year Storm Brain Freeze kill. Fourteen tutors, Ad Nauseam, and a dense fast-mana package make the deck extremely consistent, and free counterspells plus 27 interaction pieces keep the combo protected.
