Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Jeskai spellslinger strategy centered around Elsha, Threefold Master. The deck aims to accelerate on the early turns using two-mana mana rocks and creature cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer and Stormcatch Mentor. Once Elsha or alternative token generators such as Monastery Mentor and Third Path Iconoclast hit the battlefield on Turn 4, the deck chains cheap cantrips (Ponder, Preordain, Brainstorm, Consider) to trigger prowess. Connecting with Elsha's trample damage floods the board with 1/1 Monk tokens that also possess prowess. Scaling enchantments like Jeskai Ascendancy and overrun effects like Balmor, Battlemage Captain turn small spell chains into lethal combat damage across all three opponents by Turn 7. The deck defends itself with efficient 1-mana countermagic and removal, maintaining gas through card draw engines like Whirlwind of Thought and graveyard recursion from Lier, Disciple of the Drowned.
