Deck overview

This Golgari Elfball deck is commanded by Lathril, Blade of the Elves, aiming to rapidly flood the battlefield with efficient Elf creatures, generate overwhelming mana, and close the game through massive combat overruns or direct life drain. The deck leverages an ultra-dense suite of 1-drop mana dorks and scaling mana multipliers like Priest of Titania and Elvish Archdruid to deploy its commander and engines turns ahead of curve. Once a critical mass of Elves is established on Turn 3–4, the deck threatens lethal finishes via Craterhoof Behemoth, Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Allosaurus Shepherd, or by tapping 10 Elves with Lathril. An alternate infinite mana and card draw line exists with Staff of Domination and high-output dorks. While heavily vulnerable to mass exile sweepers and lacking instant-speed creature removal, the list features strong anti-wipe protection and redundant engines.
