Deck overview

This deck leverages Ingris Stingerquill's unique attack trigger to turn cheap infect creatures into global poison delivery systems. Whenever an infect creature attacks, Ingris makes that creature deal 1 damage to every opponent. Because the creature itself deals the damage, all three opponents receive poison counters simultaneously on attack declaration, completely bypassing traditional combat blockers. The list supports this core interaction with efficient 1- and 2-CMC Phyrexian threats, noncombat damage amplifiers like Hawkeye, Young Avenger and Tomik, Izzet Sparkmage, and a suite of proliferate spells to accelerate the poison count. Free commander interaction like Deadly Rollick and Deflecting Swat keeps the engine protected, while Dolmen Gate and death-return spells maintain steady offensive pressure. Even if Ingris is removed, standalone finishers like Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon and Hand of the Praetors provide resilient backup paths to victory.
